Career Group - Mindfulness and Career/Major Exploration

  • Mindfulness can help with the decision-making process and lead to new insights and direction. Join this discussion group, open to all students, which integrates mindfulness techniques and identifies how it can benefit career and major exploration. Common topics that arise are in the group include, but are not limited to, stress or pressure to choose a major or career and personal, professional, cultural identity, family and other influences.
